Built, not templated.Most hardware teams are blocked by senior decisions, not junior effort. Tolerance stack-ups, supplier choices, test strategy, and pilot build trade-offs can burn weeks if the person making the call hasn't seen the same failure mode before.
My role is to shorten that cycle: identify the highest-risk decision early, make it explicit, and move the team forward with documented choices. That's where the real leverage comes from — not working 10x longer, but deciding better and earlier.
I am a mechanical engineer who prefers hard constraints over abstract strategy. I work best in teams that need direct execution and honest risk calls.
